About Bonfire Grill
Established as the best American BBQ in Siem Reap since 2020. True to the American way, we prioritize quality without compromising on quantity. Our dining room is made up of unique wooden privacy booths, a cool air-conditioned atmosphere, and welcoming staff! The ideal place to dine with family or friends. Tuesday night is wing night! At Bonfire Grill we believe in using our profits to do good, which is why all of our profits are used to fund humanitarian projects in Cambodia. Yes, every dollar we make in profit goes directly to help our Cambodian community!
Who we are
Our History
Bonfire Grill was established in Siem Reap, Cambodia in 2020 by Steve and Andrée Anne Williams, a Canadian couple dedicated to using their talents in business and the hospitality industry to help vulnerable Cambodians. The restaurant was initially a delivery only restaurant that operated out of the Williams’ home.
In 2021 upon deciding to return to their home country, the Williams gifted Bonfire Grill to People For Care and Learning (PCL), an American NGO based in Siem Reap that is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in Cambodia by providing holistic, sustainable solutions and creating replicable projects to give the poor a working chance. Upon taking over the restaurant PCL moved Bonfire Grill to Kandal Village and expanded the business into a full service restaurant.Today Bonfire Grill continues to provide employment and on the job vocational training to many of the original Bonfire Grill staff and has also expanded and hired additional staff to work and receive training. All staff undergo extensive study and learn how to become professionals in the Food and Beverage Industry. Upon completing their training, staff have the job skills, experience, and confidence to go on and get good jobs in other restaurants around Cambodia.
